      <description>&quot;Only through athletic&#45;type lifting are young bodies strengthened and prepared for the rigorous performance demands involved in their sport.&quot;
Patrick O&#39;Shea, Ed.D

Research has shown that players involved in a well planned conditioning program at a young age and early in their careers are at a distinct advantage in maximizing their potential and limiting the risk of injury.We give your young athlete higher levels of performance by building work capacity,developing character, and healthy nutritional choices.

All athletes will be accessed for their physical skills. These test will include, but are not limmited to , the vertical jump,broad jump.push&#45;ups,sit&#45;ups,sit and reach,and an agility test.
