Research has shown that players involved in a well planned conditioning program at a young age and early in their careers are at a distinct advantage in maximizing their potential and limiting the risk of injury.We give your young athlete higher levels of performance by building work capacity,developing character, and healthy nutritional choices.

All athletes will be accessed for their physical skills. These test will include, but are not limmited to , the vertical jump,broad jump.push-ups,sit-ups,sit and reach,and an agility test.

Phase One - The Foundation

CrossFit warm-up focus will be on functional movements,core flexability,range of movements

Phase Two - Metabolic Conditioning

Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance.
This is where we use anaerobic training to improve power,speed,strength, and muscle mass.

Phase Three - Power Lifting

After developing a strong foundation and conditioning,we begin to address the major lifts important to all athlete development.

Phase Four - Putting it All Together

Constantly varied and randomized movements.This is where we challenge your young athlete to attain total athlete strength.
