Independence Day Workout

Attention Everyone:

In honor of Independence Day, CrossFit Chula Vista will be having only Team Workouts on Friday, July 2nd.



RULES:
Team Workouts will be held at:7am, 9:00am, 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Please show up 15 minutes prior to warm-up so we can determine who will be on each team.
The workout will be posted on the white board.

You may sign up in advance for the time that works best for you.
