      <description>Basic Training:  12 sessions @ 3 times per week at set class times includes Nutritional Package and Success Journal. 
Choose from either Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday classes.
Class days and times are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday either beginning at 10am and ending at 11am or beginning at 7pm and ending at 8pm

Tuesday and Thursday either beginning at 10am and ending at 11am or beginning at 7pm and ending at 8pm
Saturday class beginning at 10am and ending at 11am</description>
