After your Introductory Workout, you are ready to begin our Fundamental Training. Fundamental training consists of 8 one-on-one hour-long sessions with a CrossFit coach. Since at least 60% of your results will depend on what you eat, nutrition is the first session. We will work with you to show you how, what and when to eat real food to achieve maximum results. At each subsequent Fundamental session, you will learn all of the basic skills that make up CrossFit including Olympic Lifting and Metabolic Conditioning.
When your Fundamental Training sessions are complete, you will transition to the Workout Of the Day (WOD). The WOD is posted every day and is done every hour on the hour. Although you have transitioned to the WOD, you are never on your own. The workout is reviewed with the group and supervised by coaches who will give you constant supervision and feedback.
